Base comp paid monthly while pregnant — first payment after heartbeat confirmation, remaining balance within 4 weeks of birth. Escrow funded with base + $5,000 within 10 days of legal contract completion.
Breast milk compensation at $300/week with full supply and shipping reimbursement is above the industry average. ERA and hysteroscopy fees are also covered pre-contract — rare.
